About Julian Reeve
Julian Reeve is an international keynote speaker exploring human capability, differentiated performance, and intentional identity in the age of AI.
Drawing from elite performance environments, organizational psychology, and decades of leadership under extreme creative and professional demand, his work helps leaders and organizations rethink what makes human contribution unmistakably valuable as human work gets redefined.
Born and educated in Cambridge, England, his early career combined music, entrepreneurship, and live performance. He worked on more than twenty Broadway productions worldwide, including seven in London’s West End, while founding businesses across live entertainment, artist development, and human performance.
After moving to the United States, Julian became the music director for Hamilton, earning the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Music Direction. He conducted record-breaking productions in San Francisco and Washington D.C. before leading the Puerto Rico production alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Following a career-ending repetitive strain injury in 2019, Julian began extensive research into burnout, perfectionism, identity, and sustainable performance, exploring the hidden patterns that shape performance, identity, burnout, and human contribution under extreme demand.
That work led to the creation of his Perfect Equilibrium® and Intentional Synthesis™ frameworks, alongside a TEDx talk, children’s book, and advisory engagements spanning leadership, education, entertainment, and organizational performance.
Today, Julian’s work focuses on the capabilities that remain uniquely human as AI reshapes the future of work.
His experiential keynotes create powerful and resonant experiences that help audiences think more intentionally to create differentiated, more meaningful contribution.
